Last year I worked really hard to start some new habits, get healthier, and drop 10 pounds. You can read about how I did it here.
Unfortunately, due to some physical complications and a little thing I call "the holidays", most of those ten pounds have creeped back, though I have kept some of those habits I started.
I switched to 100% whole grain bread and pasta.
I drink more water.
I try to exercise at least a few days a week.
Still, I know I join many of you who want to do more to be healthy, make better choices, and maybe even drop some weight as well. So, I put together a printable checklist we can use each week to keep track of our progress.
It includes a checklist for two weeks so you can get more than one week out of each sheet- or you can do what I'm going to do and laminate it! Then I can just erase off my checks after two weeks for a fresh start.
Mine includes the goals I've chosen to work on- all things I know help me feel my best.
You can use mine, or you can download a blank one to write in/ type in your own goals. Simply open it in any image editing software and add text in the blank spaces.
No treats? Haha. I like treats but I like feeling good too. Clever water bottle! My husband needs one. I'm constantly hounding him about water intake. Haha
Love this tracker! I was in need of one. Mid 2015 I started working out and eating healthier and lost 14 pounds! But then summer vacation hit and I never went back and gained 7 pounds. Still, I was down 7 than I originally was. But this year I decided to do it all again and have lost 3 pounds so far!! Thanks for this printable, Valerie. Oh, and love that water bottle....Nailed it!
This is invaluable - having a physical, visible reminder of your goals is SO KEY to keeping up those great habits! The vinyl on the water bottle is super cute, too.
That water bottle is a MUST have... I love it!!! I am on the same goal. I started last year and did great until I fell into a sugar addiction. This year I am starting off fresh and steering clear of sugar. Love this list to keep me on track.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I try to answer all valid comments as soon as possible, but you can also email info@occasionallycrafty.com with an urgent question. Have a great day!
