Sometimes even I have to admit that I can't make everything myself. I'm talented with paper, vinyl, wood, but when it comes to doing an entire craft out of metal, well, I just don't have the right tools. Even when we did our metal star challenge, the stars were already cut out!
So I was browsing through the craft store when I saw this adorable metal, glittered skeleton. I just had to have him! BUT, I wanted to hang him on my door post, so he needed to say something. That's when I decided to take this already cute skeleton and give him a little update!
I got this cute little wood sign from the craft store for 99 cents.
I sprayed it with some leftover chalkboard paint from this project..
Wrote a little spooky saying on it, and glued it to my skeleton!
I love finding a way to make things my own, and that doesn't always mean making it all from scratch. I think he's going to be a super awesome addition to my Halloween decor, don't you?!
