The metal sheet looks quite classy in the frame – I’m going to look for one myself (most of the perforated sheets you find are single rows of the larger holes and therefore look a little too industrial for my taste). Studs are a little trickier to find a convenient jewellery storage method for. I would recommend you save the plastic mount and devise a hanging display. That way, you won’t lose the back studs as well.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04539330617661404574noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-937506375897576271.post-86559407038590035002013-08-07T13:30:23.155-07:002013-08-07T13:30:23.155-07:00What a great idea! An idea for your studs would be to get a roll of the magnet strips at any craft store. Than you can stick your studs to it (and the backings too). I haven't figured out a nice way to display it yet, but it would be a very easy way to organize earrings. Maybe something upholstered that I can just stick 'em in to?"<br /><br />Laura, I think you can use this same concept for most of your studs. Have you thought of placing it flat/horizontally so you can just drop the studs in like pegs? You may need to have a little cup with all of the backings, but it would save you from having to hook and un-hook the earrings. It may not work for tiny studs that would fall through the holes, but I think it would be a great idea for the larger ones.
